Since it was founded in 1904 the Club has been at Acton Baths in Salisbury Road. It is one of the oldest swimming clubs in west London and is possibly unique among London swimming clubs for remaining based at the same pool for 100 years.

The club provides coaching sessions seven days a week, twelve months a year, catering for all levels from novice through to intermediate, senior and masters swimming.

At novice level children are taught the basics of all the swimming strokes, and we hope that one day they will be able to represent the club and swim in galas.

There is no obligation to attend competitions. However, a legitimate competitive element is present in the club and we encourage swimmers to take part in competitions, either to represent the club colours or to swim individually, depending on the type of galas they attend.
