Non-refundable joining fee of £25.00 is required from new members on joining.

Monthly fees
Acton Swim Academy (Novices 1-4): £25.00 per month
Juniors, Intermediates and Masters: £37.50 per month
Junior Squad and Senior Squad: £40.00 per month
There is a discount for the third and any subsequent family member at the same address.

There is a revised discount for families with three + members swimming at Acton Swimming Club. The third and subsequent family members will be given a reduction of £10 per month (i.e. 3 members £10 a month off, 4 members £20 a month off).

Fees are due at the beginning of each and every month. They are due whether or not you swim until your notice in writing is received. Payment is for a place in the Club and not for any particular session. New members must pay by Standing Order and existing members who don't already pay this way have all been asked to do so for the sake of the Club. Details of how to register and pay are on the Membership form. The waiving of fees is a Committee decision. Please provide a Doctor's Letter for consideration of any reimbursement of fees of over one month's duration of incapacity.

Standing orders forms are attached to the Membership form. Please complete all of the form carefully following the instructions. If the bank account surname differs from that of the member - please make sure that we know. This allows us to confirm that your payment comes through each month and saves the wasting of everybody's precious and often volunteered time and energy chasing payments. Please complete just one Standing Order to cover the monthly fees for all the ASC members in your household.

This Standing Order is your instruction to your bank to pay the fees to our bank account. You must contact your bank to alter it as and when there is any change in fees eg: when moving from width to length swimming, fee increase, another child joining, leaving the club etc. You will need to make sure that your bank carries out your instructions - so please check. The payment of your fees is your responsibility so if for any reason they do not - you will still owe us the money and will find yourself with a bill for an amount which can add up quite fast. A Standing Order is not the same as a Direct Debit.

Session Tickets for Members over 16 are for those restricted by work or other commitments (school, college etc). Must purchase in advance – book of 10 tickets at £45.

Morning swims 6-7am Tuesday and Thursday, and 5.30-7am Wednesday mornings are available (space permitting at Coach’s discretion) to one accompanying Parent/Carer for a special annual membership fee of £5. An appropriate membership form must be completed and returned to the Membership Secretary.
