You can join Acton Swimming Club at any time. You can speak to any committee member who may be at poolside and you can also speak to any of the coaches before or after one of the trainning session (see SESSIONS for training times). Trials are held for children on Fridays at 6pm at Acton Pool. You can also phone the Chair, Philippa Ervin, on 07717 173837.

Children need to have a trial swim which is to be organised with the Head Coach whereupon you will be asked to fill out a registration form. This form needs to be sent off ASAP to get your child on the register. He or She will then be able to start at the beginning of the next month as long as they are on the register. No children are allowed to swim if not registered.

Masters (18+ swimmers) should attend a Masters session for a trial. They need to ask the Coach for a registration form. This form needs to be sent off ASAP to get you on the register. You will then be able to start at the beginning of the next month as long as you are on the register. No one is allowed to swim if not registered.

This Club is run by Members and Members parents working on a voluntary basis with the Coaches and Teachers. If you decide to join us we hope that you will be prepared to help in someway.
