March 2001 10th International Guensey Masters

There was plenty of success for Acton Swimming Club members David Soper and Malcolm Munro at the 10th International Guernsey Masters, with a haul of 3 golds, 8 silvers and 3 bronzes.

Malcolm (54) won golds in the 200m breaststroke and 50m backstroke, and silvers in the 50m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke, 100m backstroke, 100m IM and 200m backstroke.

David (72) won gold in the 50m butterfly, silvers in the 50m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke and 400m freestyle, and bronzes in the 50m backstroke, 50m freestyle and 100m IM.
