28th July 2002 Barnet Copthall Masters Distance Swim Meet

Acton Swimming Club’s British Breaststroke Champion Malcolm Munro was on great form again on Sunday breaking 3 County records at Barnet Copthall in the 55-59 age group.

Malcolm set the 3 new County records in the 100m breaststroke, 200m breaststroke and 200m backstroke.

Malcolm's new County records are:

100m Breaststroke 1:28.83
200m Breaststroke 3:21.46
200m Backstroke 3:08.29
