During the Jubilee bank holiday weekend at the Crystal Palace Long Course Meet Malcolm became the 2002 British Masters Champion in the 50m Breaststroke and 100m Breaststroke in the 55-59 age group.

COUNTY RECORDS
100m Breaststroke, 200m Breaststroke and 200m Backstroke

At the Barnet Copthall Masters Distance Swim Meet on July 28th Malcolm broke 3 County records in the 55-59 age group when winning the 100m Breaststroke, 200m Breaststroke and 200m Backstroke.
